Long boxer briefs 2 pack

There is a style change note for the Superfit Long Boxers. It states that the inseam was changed from 8 inches to 6 inches. I ordered four sets of them expecting the 6 inch inseam and when I received them, all four sets were the old 8 inch inseam length. I’m not understanding why the company would advertise a style change but would send old stock to customers. I tried contacting the company but no phone number exists and they don’t respond to emails. I love their underwear but this customer service / advertising is very frustrating. It appears I’ll be stuck with the older versions.

I have been struggling for what seems like my entire young life to find a pair of underwear that does not ride up, wedgie, or worst and most common of all, pinch and stick to my important bits. Finally, at last I found these per an acquaintance's recommendation, and immediately after my first full day experiencing the soft, yet firm grip of the fabric that breathes better than a professional clarinetist, I ordered enough pairs of long boxer briefs to the point at which I would be able to open my own retail business. Unfortunately, I'm not about to be giving these up any time soon, because it seems like most matter how many pairs I own, I never have enough. They're worth the price, seriously.
