Your Content

You retain ownership of your social media content (“Content”).

 

License You’re Granting

By agreeing, you grant Pair of Thieves and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Content on Pair of Thieves–owned social media accounts for brand and community purposes. Unless otherwise stated in our request, this includes:

• Reposting to Instagram Stories or feed

• Crediting you where reasonably possible

We won’t sell your Content to third parties.

 

Expanded Use (Only If Noted)

If we ask separately — and you agree — Pair of Thieves may use your Content in additional formats (e.g., website, email, or paid media). Any expanded usage will require explicit additional permission.

 

Your Representations

By agreeing, you confirm that:

• You own the Content or have permission to share it

• Anyone recognizable in the Content has consented

• The Content reflects your honest experience

• You are at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent)

 

No Obligation or Compensation

Use of your Content is voluntary and does not entitle you to payment or approval rights over how the Content is used.

 

Release

You release Pair of Thieves from claims related to the permitted use of your Content, including rights of publicity or privacy, to the extent allowed by law.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
