NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. SPONSOR
This Giveaway is sponsored by Pair of Thieves (“Sponsor”).
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 11, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 20, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”).
Photo submissions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 16, 2025 (“Submission Deadline”).
Community voting begins October 17, 2025 and ends October 20, 2025 (“Voting Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Pair of Thieves, LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate.
Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Period, visit the submission form (or the official link provided in promotional materials) and follow the instructions to upload a photo of your “Jump Scare Underwear” — your most ragged, haunted, or hilariously horrifying pair that’s clearly ready for retirement (“Submission”).
Your Submission must:
Be your original photo and not infringe on any third-party rights.
Not contain nudity, obscene content, trademarks, or any offensive or unlawful material (Sponsor reserves sole discretion).
Grant Sponsor permission to use your photo and likeness for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes, without additional compensation.
Limit one (1) Submission per person during the Giveaway Period. Any attempt to submit multiple entries under different accounts or emails may result in disqualification.
5. COMMUNITY VOTING
Eligible Submissions will be displayed on Pair of Thieves’ official social media channels or website for public voting during the Voting Period (October 17–20, 2025).
Votes may be cast according to the posted instructions. Sponsor reserves the right to moderate or remove any content and to disqualify votes determined to be fraudulent, automated, or otherwise inconsistent with fair play.
Final winners will be determined by a combination of community voting and Sponsor’s internal review, based on creativity, humor, and brand fit.
6. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100 digital store credit redeemable only at pairofthieves.com.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, used in retail stores, or transferred.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 USD.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via the email address or social media handle used to submit their entry within five (5) business days of the end of the Voting Period.
The winner must respond and confirm eligibility within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to:
Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
Release and hold harmless Pair of Thieves, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance.
Permit Sponsor to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes across digital, print, and social platforms, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or other errors that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.
In no event shall Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. DISPUTES
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://privacy.pairofthieves.com/privacy-policy.
