How long will it take to get my order?
- Allow 3-4 business days of processing time from our warehouse. (Please factor in additional days for weekends and holidays) Once processed, please allow 4 – 7 business days for shipping. Shipping will be via USPS, UPS or FedEx, but delays from the courier can happen.
- We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Be sure to verify shipping address is up to date and accurate before placing order.
How much is shipping?
- All orders over with a subtotal above $60 before tax and after discounts ship for FREE.
- All orders under with a subtotal under $60 are a sweet flat rate of $6
Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it's placed?
- We are unable to cancel or make any modifications to your order after it is placed.
- Once the package is delivered to you, please email us at email@example.com to begin a return for a refund or an exchange.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we are only able to ship within the United States. Everyone else please be patient, we are working on it. We look forward to expanding to other countries in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take at least 24-48 hours to show. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven’t received this email. Carriers will provide the most update to date information for the package.
My package is missing. What should I do?
- Don’t panic! Sometimes tracking numbers update before a package is truly delivered. If more than a day has passed since your package was marked as delivered, please call up your local carrier to see if the package is there waiting for you.
- If after 3 business days the package does not arrive or cannot be found, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist with a refund or a replacement for your order.
I received the wrong product/size/blemished product . What next?
If your order contains any wrong product, size, or blemishes, please contact us at email@example.com and we will make it right. Please let us know your order number and what product seems off. If an item is blemished, pictures are very much appreciated.

Can I return items purchased at a retailer?
Negative, ghost rider. Any item purchased at a retailer should be returned to that retailer and is subject to their specific return policy. If you have already made efforts to return a damaged or defective product to the store, contact us and we will try our best to make things right.

What are your products made out of?
SuperFit underwear: 85% polyamide and 15% spandex
SuperSoft underwear: 47% modal, 47% cotton, and 6% spandex
Socks: Every different type of sock has a slightly different fabric content. Our cushion crew socks are 65% combed cotton, 26% polyester, 7% natural latex rubber, and 2% spandex.
Undershirts: 60% cotton, 36% viscose, and 4% spandex
How should I care for my Pair of Thieves?
It is always best to hand wash and air dry, but we understand that you’re busy. So if you’re pressed for time, machine wash warm on delicate cycle with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low.
When putting on your brand new pair of socks, please take the time to cut the plastic tab on the label with a pair of scissors. Avoid ripping it off as this will damage the socks. Oh, and don’t use your teeth, silly.
All socks should be turned inside out and bleaching and ironing should be avoided. Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.
What can i do if something goes wrong with an item I ordered?
All of our products go through a grueling quality control process that would make a navy seal cringe. However, if an underachiever does happen to slip through please reach out to email@example.com and we’ll make it right. Pictures are encouraged and appreciated!

So many options! What type of underwear is right for me?
Your decision ultimately depends on the cut and feel of underwear you like. Our underwear comes in both SuperFit and SuperSoft material.
As far as fabric goes, SuperFit fabric is magical micro mesh knit performance fabric, so light you almost forget it's there, yet so comfortable it will not be ignored. It's engineered with 4-way stretch to move with you, never against. It's like a second skin, minus the very regrettable college tattoo. Most people say they can barely tell that they have them on at all. These are a good choice for those who’re active and looking to combat SWASS.
Our SuperSoft fabric is a brilliant blend of soft cotton and viscose fibers that feel insanely comfortable. Engineered 4-way stretch provides added distraction-free range of motion and body flow. If you could weave a cloud with a hug from a chinchilla, you might know true softness. Alternatively, you could just try SuperSoft.

I like a style that is sold out in my size. Will it come back in stock?
Every item is different, and we will restock some styles throughout the year. Your best bet is to check back on the product page of the item in question. You can also be sure to sign-up for our email and text subscriptions so that you’ll be the first to know when we get back into stock of popular items and launch new items.
I can't choose my size as an option. Does this mean it's sold out?
Unfortunately, yes :( If you’re on our email list, you’ll be the first to hear if a style or size comes back in stock.

Yup! All our men’s underwear come equipped with a vertical fly.
What size are Pair of Thieves socks?
Men’s socks fit US men’s shoe sizes 8-12
Kid’s socks come in 3 sizes: small (3T-9T/18mo-3yrs), medium (10T-3C/4yrs-8yrs), and large (4C-10C/9yrs-12yrs). All twinsies sock sets include an adult pair and a kid’s pair specific to the sizes above.
