Promotion Terms and Conditions

General

Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of Pair of Thieves and are valid for a limited time only and/or while supplies last.

All offers are subject to availability and limited to stock on hand.

Pair of Thieves reserves the right to cancel, modify, or revoke any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Offers are void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law.

Additional exclusions or conditions may apply to individual promotions as noted.

If a promotion includes reference to a “former” or “original” price, that price reflects the bona fide, actual price offered on www.pairofthieves.com within the preceding 90 days, unless otherwise noted.

Eligibility

Promotions apply only to purchases made directly on www.pairofthieves.com and do not extend to purchases made through any third-party sellers, marketplaces, or retail stores.

Offers are valid for individual consumers only and not for wholesale, resale, or bulk purchases.

Some promotions may be limited to new customers, specific geographic regions, or other qualifying criteria as disclosed.

Types of Offers

Percentage discounts or markdowns: A discount percentage applied to the total order or selected products, sometimes contingent on a minimum order value. Please note that all sales on items marked down may be deemed final.

Fixed dollar discounts: A specified dollar amount off the purchase price, sometimes contingent on a minimum order value.

Buy One, Get One (BOGO): Offers such as “Buy One, Get One 50% Off” or “Buy Two, Get One Free.” Discounts apply to the lowest-priced eligible item(s).

Free shipping: Free shipping on orders over a specified threshold or during designated promotional periods.

Promo code discounts: A promo code must be applied at checkout to receive the offer. Only one promo code may be used per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Exclusions & Limitations

Offers do not apply to prior or pending purchases, gift cards, or gift certificates.

Promotions may not be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promo codes unless explicitly permitted.

All promotional discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash, store credit, or any equivalent.

Promotional values may not be bartered, resold, auctioned, or exchanged in any form.

Pair of Thieves reserves the right to revoke access to offers in cases of abuse, manipulation, or fraud.

Returns & Adjustments

If a purchase made using a promotional offer is returned, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original product price.

In the case of BOGO or multi-item offers, returning part of the promotion may require returning all items received through the offer in order to receive a full refund.

Minimum Purchase Conditions

Minimum purchase thresholds for promotions are calculated before taxes, shipping fees, and any non-qualifying items are applied.

If the final order value drops below the minimum threshold due to item removals or returns, the promotional benefit may no longer apply, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability & Scarcity

Promotions are offered only while supplies last.

In some cases, specific quantities may be limited. Pair of Thieves reserves the right to limit the number of promotional redemptions per customer, per household, or per order.

Misuse & Enforcement

Suspected misuse or abuse of promotions, including creating multiple customer accounts, using automated tools, or engaging in fraudulent behavior, may result in cancellation of the order and disqualification from future promotions.

Pair of Thieves may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to promotions or website services at its sole discretion if misuse is detected.

Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes related to promotional offers will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Except where otherwise required by law, promotional values are not redeemable for cash, refunds, or store credit.
