SHIPPING + DELIVERY

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed and and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles and USPS transit times are as follows:

  • First Class / Free shipping – 3 to 7 business days
  • Priority Mail – 2 to 3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express – 1 to 2 business days

How much is shipping?

Standard (USPS) shipping is free for all orders over $50, after all discounts are applied. If your order is less than $50, shipping will be calculated based on weight plus a $3 handling fee. Priority Mail Express shipping is calculated based on weight plus a 15% upcharge.

Will I get my order in time for Father's Day?

Our shipping cutoff for guaranteed delivery before Father’s Day is Friday, June 9th. Please email [email protected] for any further questions.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it's placed?

While we can’t guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled, please send an email to [email protected] within 15 minutes of placing the order and we will try our best to take care of the change or cancellation.

Shipping addresses can only be changed on our end of orders. Please email [email protected] if the shipping address needs to be changed and we’ll try out best to get the address changed before the order ships.  

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we are only able to ship within the United States. Everyone else please be patient, we are working on it. We look forward to expanding to other countries in the near future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take at least 24 hours to show. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven’t received this email.

My package is missing. What should I do?

Don’t panic! Sometimes tracking numbers update before a package is truly delivered. If a day or two has since passed, please call up your local carrier to see if the package is there waiting for you. If not, the parcel may have been misdelivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way into the right hands. And if all else fails, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.  

I received the wrong product/size/blemished product. What next?

If your order contains any wrong product, size, or blemishes, please contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right. Please let us know your order number and what product seems off. If an item is blemished, pictures are much appreciated.  

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

If you change your mind, we ain’t mad at you. Refunds can only apply to merchandise which is still in its original packaging and has not been worn within the first 30 days from purchase. Check out our no SWASS guarantee below before you get too sad. 

We’ll provide a full refund, less shipping, for any merchandise purchased through our website once the product has been shipped by you and received at our facility.  

Requests for refunds must be accompanied by either the online order invoice or packing slip. Please make a note of which items you’d like to return and send them back to:

Returns will be processed within 5 business days once it’s received at our facility.  

We apologize, but we cannot issue refunds for purchases made in a retail store other than our website. If you purchased the product in a retail store other than pairofthieves.com and the product is damaged or defective, you will need to return the product to the store where you made the purchase. If you have already made efforts to return a damaged or defective product to the store, contact us we will try our best to make things right. 

What's the No SWASS Guarantee?

If you don’t love our underwear, then no sweat. We’ll give you a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping) on your first pair within 90 days of purchase. Email [email protected] and let us know your thoughts. 

Just to protect us from hacky gamers, we can only extend this offer to your first pair. All other items not in their original packaging, worn, washed or otherwise sullied are not covered by our No SWASS guarantee or the above return policy. 

If you have ordered any items in a packtry one before you proceed to open the others just in case!  

 

 

EXCHANGES

What's your exchange process?

 

You can exchange any product that has not been worn and in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase. Exchanges must be accompanied with the packing slip or online order invoice. For all exchanges, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping charges, but we’ll cover the shipping costs or the new items to you.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

What are your products made out of?

 

SuperFit underwear: 85% polyamide and 15% spandex.  

SuperSoft underwear: 47% modal, 47% cotton, 6% spandex.  

Socks: 70% combed cotton, 23% polyester, 3% natural latex rubber, 2% spandex, and 2% other fiber.  

Undershirts: 60% cotton, 36% viscose, and 4% spandex 

How should I care for my Pair of Thieves?

It is always best to hand wash and air dry, but we understand that you’re busy. So if you’re pressed for time, machine wash warm on delicate cycle with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. 

When putting on your brand new pair of socks, please take the time to cut the plastic tab on the label with a pair of scissors.  Avoid ripping it off as this will damage the socks. Oh, and don’t use your teeth silly. 

 All socks should be turned inside out and bleaching and ironing should be avoided. Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer. 

 

What can I do if something goes wrong with an item I ordered?

 

All of our products go through a grueling quality control process that would make a navy seal cringe. However, if an underachiever does happen to slip through, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll make it right. Pictures are encouraged and appreciated!

What is the Pair of Thieves Blackout + Whiteout program?

When we heard that socks are one of the most requested items (but least donated) on the streets, we had to do something about it. So help us help the homeless: for every 3-pack of Blackout + Whiteout socks sold, we will donate three pairs to the homeless.

So many options! What type of underwear is right for me?

Your decision ultimately depends on the cut and feel of underwear you like. Our boxer briefs come in both SuperFit and SuperSoft material, all with a fly opening. Our slim-fit boxers are a looser cut than a boxer brief, but much slimmer than a traditional boxer. These are made out of SuperSoft material.  

As far as fabric goes, our SuperFit underwear is made from a high-performance Polyamide fabric blend. They are supremely breathable, moisture-wicking, and super stretchy. These feel a bit like a really nice basketball jersey, but most people say they can barely tell that they have them on at all. The regular version has about a 4-inch inseam and the long version is about 9-inches long. These are a good choice for those who’re active and looking to combat SWASS .  

Our SuperSoft boxer briefs are made from a Cotton and Modal blend. They are also very breathable and moisture-wicking. These have an extremely soft, natural cotton feel to them.

I like a style that's sold out in my size. Will it come back in stock?

Since our products are collection based, once a style is sold out it is gone for good. Popular styles sometimes make reappearances in future collections so check back every so often. 

I can't choose my size as an option. Does this mean it's sold out?

Unfortunately, yes 🙁 If you’re on our email list, you’ll be the first to hear is a style or size comes back in stock. 

Will you be offering more sizes in the future?

As our brand grows, we plan to expand sizing too. If you’re on our email list, you’ll be the first to know about new sizes and products.  

Does your underwear have a fly?

Yup! All our men’s underwear come equipped with a vertical fly.  Please note, that on our Slim-Fit boxers have a vertical button fly.

SIZING QUESTIONS

What size are Pair of Thieves socks?

 

Men’s socks fit US men’s shoe sizes 8-12 

Women’s socks fit US women’s shoe sizes 6-10 

Kid’s socks come in 3 sizes: small (3T-9T/18mo-3yrs), medium (10T-3C/4yrs-8yrs), and large (4C-10C/9yrs-12yrs). All twinsies sock sets include an adult, one size fits most pair, and a kids pair specific to the sizes above.  

How about men's underwear sizing?

Sizes depend on waist size. Sizing is as follows:  

Small: 28-30″ 

Medium: 31-33″ 

Large: 34-36″ 

Extra Large: 38-40″  

Between sizes? We recommend sizing up!  

 

Underwear inseams are as follows: 

Boxer briefs: 5″ 

Long boxer briefs: 9″  

Trunks: 1.5″  

Briefs: none!
