What if I no longer want the item(s) I ordered?
If you change your mind, we ain’t mad at you. We are happy to take back any items in their original packaging, but shipping is on you. Just send the item back along with the packing slip and we’ll process the refund as soon as we receive the return.
What if I receive the wrong item?

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders received before noon EST, using Priority or Express shipping are processed and shipped same day. All orders using standard or free shipping are processed and shipped within 24 hours. USPS transit times are as follows:
- First Class / Free shipping – 3 to 7 days
- Priority Mail – 2 to 3 days
- Priority Mail Express – 1 to 2 days
How much is shipping?
Standard (USPS) shipping is free for all orders over $50. If your order is less than $50, shipping will be calculated based on weight plus a $3 handling fee. Priority Mail Express shipping is calculated based on weight plus a 15% upcharge.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we are only able to ship within the United States. To purchase Pair of Thieves in Canada, please visit www.pairofthieves.ca. Everyone else please be patient, we are working on it.
What is your return policy?
Within the first thirty (30) days from purchase, we will provide a full refund for any merchandise purchased through the Site once the product has been shipped by you and received in our facility. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Refunds apply to merchandise which is still in new condition and has not been worn. We apologize, but we cannot issue refunds for purchases made in a retail store other than our Site.
If a claim is made that the merchandise which was purchased through our Site is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date you ship the product and it is received in our facility, so long as the damage or defect is caused by normal wear and not by misuse of the product. For any returns after thirty (30) days, we offer a credit towards other future merchandise purchases.
If you purchased the product in a retail store other than our Site and the product is damaged or defective, you will need to return the product to the store where you made the purchase. If you have already made efforts to return a damaged or defective product to the store, and the store no longer carries the same product, contact us and we may be able to provide a replacement product, subject to availability, or provide a credit toward future purchases on our Site.
You can also exchange any product that is in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase as long as you ship it to us and it is received by us within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. The exchange would be good for a product of equal of lesser value. An exchange is only available for products purchased on our Site. Any difference in the price paid for the original merchandise verses the retail price of the replacement merchandise will be refunded to you. For all exchanges, it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping charges and to ensure the merchandise gets back to us.
For all returns and exchanges, it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping charges and to ship the product to 5813 Washington Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232. We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges which do not arrive at our office.
What can I do if something goes wrong with an item I ordered?

Our Perfect Collection features a form fitting design, advanced odor resistance and moisture wicking, and a hand-linked toe box to make these socks the best present you can buy for your feet. The sports version has extra padding, slight compression and a reflective stripe so you can crush the competition and make sure they know it. This is the best sock we can make.
What is the Pair of Thieves blackout/whiteout program?
When we heard that socks are one of the most requested items (but least donated) on the streets, we had to do something about it. So help us help the homeless: for every pack sold, we will donate three pairs to the homeless.
How should I care for my Pair of Thieves socks and underpants?
It is always best to hand wash and air dry, but we understand that you’re busy. So if you’re pressed for time, machine wash warm on delicate cycle with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low.
How do I get $10 referral credit?
Referrals really help us make our brand and products that much more awesome, so thanks! Our Referral Program offers active customers to receive Store Credit towards future purchases by referring friends to the Pair of Thieves.
In order to participate in the program, active Pair of Thieves customers must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to disqualify any user from participating in the program at any time at our discretion should he/she fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. Violations of these Terms may also result in the forfeiture of all Store Credits previously earned through the program.
Qualifying Referrals
Active Pair of Thieves customers can earn Store Credits towards future purchases if:
- A referred friend must make a purchase through the active customer’s unique referral link
- The referred friend must successfully complete an order totaling $20.00 or more
If your friend does not click on the personal referral link in their invite email or any other invite mechanism to accept your invitation, you may not receive Store Credits and we will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase resulted from your referral.
Rewards are payable only asPair of Thieves Store Credits issued in increments of $10 unless explicitly noted otherwise in an offer. Store Credits have no cash value, can only be redeemed for merchandise, and may be subject to expiration dates or other restrictions at our sole discretion. Store credits cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent including but not limited to gift cards or refunds. Store Credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for the $10 credit to be added to your account after your referred friend places their order. If a friend has purchased from your referral link, and referral credit has not been added to your account after this time window, please shoot us an email at support@pairofthieves.zendesk.com and we’ll get you taken care of.
You can earn a maximum of 20 Store Credits for Qualified Referrals during the same calendar year. As an active customer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
Active Pair of Thieves customers are limited to one Store Credit and one Qualified Referral for each referred friend; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals and will not earn Store Credits.
Referred Friends
Referred friends who click on a unique referral link and complete a Qualified Referral transaction will be rewarded $10 off their first purchase of $20 or more, packs and gift cards excluded. You cannot refer yourself to generate Qualified Referrals and earn Store Credits. For an order to count as a Qualified Referral transaction, the referred friend must hold different identifying information than the active Pair of Thieves customer whose link was used to initiate the order, and he or she must not have previously registered a Pair of Thieves account (including without limitations under any other names, email addresses or aliases).
